Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 9, 2021, GSI Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that the Company is a partner in the AWS OpenSearch 1.0 launch. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
