HOUSTON, Aug. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE:GPI) ("Group 1" or the "Company"), a Fortune 250 automotive retailer with 249 dealerships located in the U.S. and U.K., today announced its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share. The dividend is consistent with the Company's previously announced increase of 10% in its annualized dividend rate from $2.00 per share in 2025 to $2.20 per share in 2026.

The dividend is payable on September 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of September 1, 2026.
