(NYSE:GEF, GEF.B))), a global leader in industrial packaging products and services, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.50 per share on its Class A Common Stock, and $0.75 per share on its Class B Common Stock. This dividend declaration represents an 8.7% per share increase from the quarterly dividends declared on June 7, 2022 and August 31, 2021.

The dividends are payable on October 1, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2022.
