1. Reflects restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the ProFrac Holding Corp. 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share.

2. Represents shares withheld to satisfy withholding taxes applicable upon vesting of the March 31, 2023 grant of restricted stock units under the 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan.

3. Includes an adjustment to the number of securities beneficially owned as described in that certain amended Form 4 filed on April 2, 2024.
