Veteran finance leader joins an experienced executive team as the Company scales spacecraft production and advances STRATFI and Axiom work.

Gravitics today announced the appointment of Philip Wong as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening finance leadership for the Company's next phase of execution across its Orbital Carrier, Viper OTX, and cargo delivery programs.

Wong leads finance, capital strategy, and growth initiatives, reporting directly to Colin Doughan. He brings more than 30 years of experience across aerospace, communications, enterprise technology, and data infrastructure. At Viasat, Wong led financial strategy and investment planning for satellite, network, and space infrastructure investments. He previously held senior roles at Pure Storage and Seagate Technology.

Jim Royston leads technical architecture, the technology roadmap, advanced programs, and engineering systems integrity. He joins Gravitics from OmniTeq, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and was instrumental in building Reprise Space Solutions (SEOPS), a space logistics and mission execution platform. He previously served as President and CEO of SPACEHAB, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPAB) and Astrotech Corp. (NASDAQ:ASTC), and as Executive Director of the U.S. National Laboratory on the International Space Station.
Michael Bowker, who has led corporate development at Gravitics, now oversees business development, government relations, marketing and communications, and partnerships as Chief Business Officer, bringing more than 42 years of experience across aerospace and defense. He has been directly involved in advancing the Company's Axiom contract and STRATFI execution and other key business development initiatives. He previously held executive roles at Voyager Space, Airbus/Astrium North America, SPACEHAB, and PlanetSpace.
Andy Jones, who has been at Gravitics leading programs and manufacturing, now leads engineering, program management, supply chain, manufacturing, and facility operations, with responsibility for moving the Company's spacecraft portfolio from development into repeatable production. He previously served as Director of Landers and Spacecraft at Astrobotic Technology, where he led a 130-person organization with full P&L responsibility for over $450 million in lunar lander programs.
