Explanation of Responses:

1. On September 25, 2025, as the trustee of the Jacqueline Goldstein Trust dated September 17, 2019 (the "Trust"), the Reporting Person distributed all 1,000 shares of the Issuer to the beneficiaries of the Trust, including 334 shares to the Reporting Person. Also on September 25, 2025, the Reporting Person contributed 334 shares to the Baily Goldstein Living Trust dated March 4, 2014, for which the Reporting Person serves as a trustee.

2. Shares are held directly by the Baily Goldstein Living Trust dated March 4, 2014, for which the Reporting Person serves as a trustee.

3. Shares are held directly by family members of Reporting Person residing in his primary residence.

4. Includes 2,274 shares acquired on November 20, 2025 under the Issuer's 2024 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
