On March 29, 2023, GlycoMimetics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
