Item 8.01 Other Events.

Globalstar, Inc. (the “Company”) regrets to announce that Michael J. Lovett, a director of the Company, passed away suddenly last week. Mr. Lovett had been a director of the Company since 2018 and served on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Lovett was a great asset to the Company and made substantial contributions as a director.

The Board and management team greatly appreciate Mr. Lovett’s service to the Company and its stockholders, and they send their deepest condolences to his family and friends.
