Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 4, 2022, Global Medical REIT Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial position as of March 31, 2022 and operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and other related information. The Company also posted its First Quarter 2022 Earnings Supplemental (the “Supplemental”) to the Company’s website at www.globalmedicalreit.com. The press release and Supplemental are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
