Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 8, 2024, the Reporting Person transferred 14,400 shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock held directly by him to The Zvi and Marlise Glasman Family Trust (the "Trust") for no consideration. The Reporting Person and his spouse are the trustees and the beneficiaries of the Trust. The Reporting Person remains the beneficial owner of the securities held by the Trust.
