Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 2, 2025, Ravi Narula resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Getaround, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Narula indicated his departure from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the management of the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies or practices.
