Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. These restricted stock units will vest in three substantially equal annual installments beginning on March 1, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the original award agreement.

3. These restricted stock units began vesting in two substantially equal annual installments beginning on March 2, 2024, in accordance with the terms of the original award agreement.

4. These restricted stock units vest as follows: 50% of the restricted stock units vested on March 2, 2024, the first anniversary of the date of grant, and 25% of the restricted stock units will vest on the second and third anniversaries of the date of grant, in accordance with the terms of the original award agreement.
