(NYSE:GAP) announced today that its board of directors has authorized a first quarter fiscal year 2026 dividend of $0.175 per share, payable on or after April 29, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 8, 2026. The first quarter fiscal year 2026 dividend represents an increase of 6 percent compared to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.
