WYOMISSING, Pa., May 20, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ:GLPI) (the "Company"), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared the second quarter 2021 cash dividend of $0.67 per share of its common stock, an increase of $.02 per share per quarter, or 3 percent. The dividend is payable on June 25, 2021 to shareholders of record on June 11, 2021.

While the Company intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future, all subsequent dividends will be reviewed quarterly and declared by the Board of Directors at its discretion.
