LONGVIEW, Texas, March 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Friedman Industries, Incorporated, (NASDAQ/GS: FRD) a Texas-based company engaged in metals processing, pipe manufacturing, and metals distribution, declared on March 31, 2026, a cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Common Stock of the Company. The Company will pay the cash dividend on May 22, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 24, 2026. This dividend marks the Company's 217^th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since becoming publicly traded in 1972.
