Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 12, 2025, Freight Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the issuance of a second tranche of $1,000,000 convertible notes for the purchase of TRUMP coins, in connection with an offering previously reported in the Company’s Current Reports on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2025, and May 9, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
