The Staten Island store opens with a team of approximately 40 associates and is led by Arsenio (AJ) MacKay, the store's Chief Executive Merchant.

Floor & Decor operates more than 270 warehouse-format stores and design studios nationwide, offering a wide assortment of in-stock hard-surface flooring, including tile, wood, laminate, vinyl, and natural stone, along with decorative accessories, wall tile, installation materials, and related categories, all at everyday low prices. The company opened its flagship Brooklyn location—its first New York City store—in 2024.
