Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 3, 2026, First Busey Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.515625 per depositary share on its 8.25% Fixed-Rate Series B Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on March 2, 2026, to stockholders of record as of February 13, 2026.
