Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 13, 2026, First Busey Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share on its outstanding shares of common stock, which represents a 4% increase from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on January 30, 2026, to stockholders of record as of January 23, 2026.
