Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 4, 2025, First Busey Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.515625 per depositary share on its 8.25% Fixed-Rate Series B Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2025, to stockholders of record as of November 14, 2025.
