Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 8, 2025, the Board of Directors of First Busey Corporation (“Busey”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on Busey’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on April 25, 2025, to stockholders of record as of April 18, 2025.
