Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 9, 2024, the Board of Directors of First Busey Corporation (“Busey”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share on Busey’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on April 26, 2024, to stockholders of record as of April 19, 2024.
