On December 3, 2025, the Board of Directors for Finward Bancorp (“Finward”), the holding company for Peoples Bank (the “Bank”), declared a dividend of $0.12 per share on Finward’s common stock payable on December 30, 2025 to shareholders of record on December 17, 2025.
