Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 16, 2022, First Federal Bank of Wisconsin (the “Bank”), the wholly owned subsidiary of FFBW, Inc., approved and adopted amendments (the “Amendments”) to the employment agreements for each of Edward H. Schaefer, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Steven L. Wierschem, Chief Financial Officer. The Amendments change the renewal date of the term of the employment agreements to May 31^st, commencing May 31, 2023, in order to align the renewal date with the completion of the Bank’s annual performance reviews.
