Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects shares of common stock withheld by the Issuer to pay the tax liability of the Reporting Person as follows: (i) 2,199 shares withheld in connection with the vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted on February 25, 2022; (ii) 461 shares withheld in connection with the vesting of RSUs granted on February 24, 2023; and (iii) 1,615 shares withheld in connection with the vesting of RSUs granted on February 29, 2024.
