Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 1, 2026, the reporting person was granted 3,366 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"), which vest in three equal annual installments beginning March 1, 2027. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A common stock and do not require the holder to pay any consideration on vesting.
