Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 16, 2021, Evolution Petroleum Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its reserves as determined by its independent reserve engineer, DeGolyer & MacNaughton, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release, dated August 16, 2021, regarding the Company’s reserves for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
