Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On December 2, 2024, Lanny Baker, Chief Operating Officer of Eventbrite, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective as of December 31, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), to accept another senior executive position outside of the Company. Mr. Baker is expected to remain in his current position to assist with the transition of his responsibilities through the Effective Date.
