Eros STX Global Corporation ("ErosSTX" or the "Company") issued on March 31, 2021 its unaudited consolidated income statement and balance sheet as of and for the six months ended September 30, 2020, in accordance with the New York Stock Exchange semi-annual financial statement reporting requirement for foreign private issuers.
