Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 25, 2024, Epsilon Energy Ltd. (“Epsilon” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an increased borrowing base on the Company’s senior secured reserve-based revolving credit facility. The Company also provided a Permian operations update. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
