Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 2, 2025, Entergy Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders: 1) elected the 10 directors nominated by the Company’s Board of Directors to serve until the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and until their successors are elected and qualified; 2) ratified the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2025; and 3) approved an advisory resolution to approve named executive officer compensation. The proposals are further described in the Company's definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 21, 2025.
