Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 2, 2025, Paul Brockman, Chief Commercial Officer of Enstar Group Limited (the “Company”), provided notice of his decision to resign from his position to pursue another opportunity, effective in December 2025. His resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company.
