On June 16, 2022, Enfusion, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on the following two proposals and cast their votes as described below.

Proposal 1 – Election of Class I Directors

The three Class I director nominees listed below were elected to serve as Class I directors of the Company until the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified, based on the following voting results:
