On November 5, 2025, Energy Transfer LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
