Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 7, 2024, DUET Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) caused to be deposited $40,000 into the Company’s trust account, allowing the Company to extend the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination by one month from May 24, 2024 to June 24, 2024 (the “May Extension”). The May Extension is permitted under the Company’s governing documents.
