(NASDAQ:DSEY), a leading provider of hygiene, infection prevention and cleaning solutions, today announced it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of Avmor Ltd, a Canadian based supplier of specialist hygiene solutions for the Institutional industry with over 70 years of experience in the market. This acquisition will strengthen Diversey's market presence in Quebec and Canada and enhance its service and product offerings for distributors and direct customers. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
