1. Disposed of pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated May 14, 2024 by and between HMN Financial, Inc. (HMNF) and Alerus Corporation (Alerus) in exchange for the right to receive 1.25 shares of Alerus common stock per share of HMNF common stock.
