Restricted stock units granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan which vest in twelve equal increments over a period of three years, with the first increment vesting on the grant date, and with the remaining increments vesting on September 05, 2025, and each quarterly anniversary thereafter.
