Explanation of Responses:

1. At the effective time of the merger contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Effective Time"), dated December 10, 2024, by and among Gen Digital Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Parent"), Maverick Group Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent, and MoneyLion Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company"), each share of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company ("Class A Common Stock") held by the Reporting Person was cancelled and converted into the right to receive(i) $82 in cash (the "Per Share Cash Consideration") and (ii) one contingent value right issued by Parent subject to and in accordance with the Contingent Value Rights Agreement, dated April 17, 2025 by and among the Company and Computershare Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its affiliate Computershare Trust Company, N.A., a federally chartered trust company (each, a "CVR", and together with the Per Share Cash Consideration, the "Merger Consideration").

2. Represents shares of Class A Common Stock held directly by the Reporting Person.

3. Represents shares of Class A Common Stock held by Edison Partners VIII, L.P. ("Edison LP"). Edison VIII GP LLC ("Edison GP") is the general partner of Edison LP. The reporting Person is the Managing Member of Edison GP and may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of Class A Common Stock held by Edison LP. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares of Class A Common Stock held by Edison LP except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

4. Represents restricted stock units, each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock and the acquisition of which was previously reported in Table I of the Reporting Person's prior Form 4s. At the Effective Time, each restricted stock unit held by a non-employee director as of immediately prior to the Effective Time (whether vested or unvested) was cancelled and converted into the right to receive the Merger Consideration in respect of each share of Class A Common Stock subject to such restricted stock unit as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
