Explanation of Responses:

1. These are Restricted Share Units granted pursuant to the Elme Communities 2016 Incentive Plan (as amended and restates effective as of May 30, 2024) and the Company's Deferred Compensation Plan for Directors - the number of shares awarded is based on the closing price on 12/15/2025 of $17.34. The units settle only in stock.

2. Reflects the acquisition of 16.029 dividend equivalent units received during the fourth quarter of 2025 pursuant to the Company's Deferred Compensation Plan for Directors.
