Explanation of Responses:

1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions. The reported price for the share purchases made on September 9, 2025 is based on prices ranging from a low of $16.7150 per share to a high of $16.74 per share. The reporting person undertakes to provide to SLR Investment Corp. (the "Issuer"), any security holder of the issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price set forth in footnote (1) to this Form 4.

2. These shares are held by The Calvin W Roberts MD PC Pension Plan (the "Plan"), in which Andrea C. Roberts is a participant. Andrea C. Roberts disclaims beneficial ownership of any of the Issuer's shares directly held by the Plan except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.
