1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares of Class A Common Stock were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $12.095 to $12.10, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Company, any security holder of the Company or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares of Class A Common Stock purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes (1) and (3) to this Form 4.

2. Shares of Class A Common Stock held directly by Mail Holdings, L.P. which is controlled by the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein, and the filing of this Form 4 shall not be construed as an admission of beneficial ownership of any or all of the reported securities for the purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
