Explanation of Responses:

1. Upon vesting, the restricted stock units (RSUs) will become payable 60% in A Ordinary Shares on a 1 for 1 basis and 40% in cash based on the cash value of the underlying A Ordinary Shares on the date of vesting.

2. The RSUs vest in accordance with the terms of the RSU award agreement.

3. Restricted stock units settled in cash at $23.43 for an aggregate amount of $57,493.50
