1. These shares are restricted stock acquired under Issuer's Amended and Restated Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan on June 1, 2025 (the "Grant Date"). The shares of restricted stock vest on the first anniversary of the Grant Date.

2. This amount includes 7,524 shares of restricted common stock subject to vesting and certain other restrictions.
