Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit is the economic equivalent of one share of JKHY common stock and represents a contingent right to receive one share of JKHY common stock or, at the Issuer's option, the cash value thereof.

2. Share total adjusted to reflect 693 directly held shares that resulted from the reporting person continuous participation in the Company's dividend reinvestment plan that was previously unreported.

3. On November 17, 2023, the reporting person was granted restricted stock units, vesting in full on the earlier of (1) the day before the Issuer's 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or (2) the first anniversary of the grant date.
