1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the underlying common stock.

2. Includes 338.03 additional restricted stock units received by the reporting person as dividend equivalent restricted stock units in respect of the restricted stock unit grant.

3. The restricted stock units vested in four equal installments beginning on August 1, 2024. Vested shares were delivered on May 1, 2025 pursuant to the terms of the award agreement.
