Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units (RSUs) granted to the reporting person under the issuer's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended and restated to date. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's common stock. The RSUs vest in four equal installments on March 31, 2026, June 30, 2026, September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2026, provided that the reporting person remains in continuous service with the issuer as of each vesting date.
