1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents the right to acquire one share of Americold Realty Trust, Inc. common stock.

2. The RSUs vested on May 20, 2025.

3. The RSUs will vest on the earlier of the date one year from the date of grant or the next annual meeting of stockholders following the date of grant. The RSUs were issued to the reporting person pursuant to the Americold Realty Trust 2017 Equity Incentive Plan.
