Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 9,520 vested RSUs and 3,067 class A common stock pursuant to the Company's equity incentive plan. The newly acquired restricted stock units vests on June 20, 2025 and will be settled at the time by issuing shares.

2. Represents the surrender of shares to the company in exchange for cash to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability with respect to the settlement of 2023 RSUs.
