Explanation of Responses:

1. Each Deferred Settlement RSU is the economic equivalent of one share of Issuer Class A Common Stock.

2. The Deferred Settlement RSUs are fully vested upon grant, but settlement will be deferred until the earlier of calendar year 2025 or the date of the Reporting Person's separation from service.

3. The Deferred Settlement RSUs are fully vested upon grant, but settlement will be deferred until the date of the Reporting Person's separation from service.

4. All shares subject to the option award shall vest on the earlier of May 13, 2026 or the day prior to the date of the Issuer's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through such vesting date.
